Problem :
Instacart’s Customer Experience organization needed clear, visually aligned content for internal communications, executive presentations, and mini-campaigns. Much of the existing information was complex, brand guidelines were evolving, and the team frequently required fast-turn assets that matched corporate branding while speaking to frontline teams.



Solution :
Designed all visual assets for the CX rebrand (logos, swag, banners, dividers, GIFs, email graphics)
Aligned copywriting and design to reinforce clarity
Created infographics and simplified visuals for executive presentations
Developed cross-department communication assets
Repurposed brand elements to support campaigns and launches
Built clear storytelling structures for leadership decks






Challenge :
The department produced large amounts of complex information, evolving initiatives, and internal announcements. Communications needed to:
