Fofis Cakes & Crafts lacked cohesive branding and struggled to market themselves with their old logo. They wanted to still keep their colors similar but bring more meaning and versatility to their brand. They struggled to attract customers through social media and had no system for directing people who discovered them through word of mouth.

Solution :
I refined their existing logo, modernized the typography, and preserved the majority of their color palette while elevating the overall aesthetic. It was important to add visuals from the Dominican Republic as we discovered this was a unique selling point for customers. The visual direction was crafted to evoke joy, personalization, and the vibrancy of their cake artistry.
Established a foundational branding voice and visual identity.
Used AI-assisted photo enhancement to clean up their product photography while maintaining authenticity.
Created a business card featuring a QR code that leads users to their gallery.






Challenge :
Preserving the handmade authenticity of their cakes while improving low-quality images required careful retouching. Another challenge was crafting a brand voice that felt lively and celebratory without leaning too heavily on cultural clichés. We needed to keep it week not overly patriotic.
