Problem :

This food truck owners came to me with only a logo but no brand identity to expand their marketing needs. The client wanted consistent digital presence and a visual system that reflected their cultural roots. It was important to driving social engagement and find a way for customers to easily track the truck’s location.

Solution :

I built a lively, heart-filled brand aesthetic incorporating sketches and symbols inspired by Michoacán’s culture. I designed business cards with a QR code for quick access to their menu and location updates. I created digital campaign assets, including a recurring weekly food-theme concept (“Mole Mondays,” “Taco Tuesdays,” etc.), along with a tote bag design for potential merch. I also developed a food truck wrap concept aligned with the brand’s playful tone.

Challenge :

The biggest issue was enabling customers to find the truck reliably. The QR solution and Instagram-forward visual branding helped centralize their communication and boost follow-through.

Summary :

The brand became visually engaging, instantly recognizable, and culturally rooted. The playful copy and themed weekly content strengthened community engagement and gave the food truck a personality customers could rally around.
